Downtown Living Tour
Saturday, May 18, 2019
11:00 am - 4:00 pm
The Downtown Living Tour markets the uniqueness and diversity of residential units in downtown. The tour offers something for everyone, from young professionals and empty nesters looking to live downtown, to architectural students and those interested in historic preservation, interior design, urban living and more!
On Saturday, May 18, the 13th Annual Downtown Living Tour will showcase some of the most-talked about residential living spaces in Downtown Syracuse.... and a cool workplace too!
Along the self-guided walking tour, you'll walk through occupied and available units, including townhouses, stunning luxury apartments, affordable units and more. The 2019 Downtown Living Tour experience begins at City Hall Commons Atrium, located at 201 E. Washington Street (map), where all tour-goers must check-in and pick up their official Living Tour wristbands (which grant access to all tour stops) official tour map, program and “Swag Bags.”
If you'd prefer not to walk, don't worry; There will be a free shuttle that runs every ten-minutes or so, for your convenience.
Please note, online ticket sales have closed. The next opportunity to purchase tickets is Saturday, May 18 from 11:00 am to 2:30 pm. Tickets are $15 (cash or check only) at City Hall Commons Atrium.
The Downtown Living Tour is presented by the Downtown Committee of Syracuse, Inc., a private, not-for-profit, professional downtown management organization, representing all property owners and tenants within the central business district. It is the hope of the Downtown Committee that the Downtown Living Tour builds awareness of the importance of residential development as a key element in a vibrant and successful downtown, as well as increases awareness of the revitalization taking place in Downtown Syracuse.
