Monday-Saturday from 9:00am-6:00pm.
Sundays and Federal holidays are exempt from street parking payments. On-street parking is prohibited between 12am – 7am.

How can I pay for parking?
Parking can be paid for using the on-street parking pay stations or the Flowbird mobile app. Quarters, nickels, dimes and cards are accepted at pay stations.
To pay at the on-street parking pay stations:
1. Insert credit or debit card or coins to start.
2. For card, select the amount of time you need with the up ( + ) or down ( - ) buttons.
3. For coins, insert coins until desired time is reached.
4. Tap “NEXT” button to proceed.
5. Wait for your receipt to print.
6. Display receipt face-up on dashboard.
What is the Flowbird Parking App?
Flowbird is an app for IOS or Android devices that allows users to pay the parking meter from their mobile phone.
To download the Flowbird app for free, open the Apple App Store on an iPhone or the Google Play Store on an Android device, search Flowbird Parking, and tap Download or Install.
What if a pay station is not working?
Use the second nearest pay station and report any broken pay stations to Syracuse City Line at 315-448-CITY(2489) or by downloading the SYRCityline app.

How long do I have to pay or dispute a parking ticket?
You must pay or dispute a parking ticket within 20 days, or a penalty will occur. Penalties continue to accrue through 90 days. After 90 days the ticket will go into collection and is no longer eligible for dispute. If you have 3 or more tickets in collections your vehicle is eligible for booting.
What parking options are available when attending an event in Downtown Syracuse?
In addition to public lots and garages, the National Grid lot is available weekdays after 5 pm and on weekends.
How Does Odd/Even Parking Work?
Odd/even parking in Downtown Syracuse is seasonal from November 1 - April 1.

Odd/even parking exists to allow snowplows to clear the entire width of city streets from curb to curb during winter months.
What if my car is booted?
For City-owned parking spots, you can contact PayLock IPT at 877-850-0473 to pay your parking boot fee. You can also pay your fine at the City Payment Center (233 East Washington St., Syracuse, NY 13202) between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm.
Any vehicle that has 3 or more parking violations (tickets) unpaid or unsatisfied for more than 90 days may be immobilized and/or impounded.
