Downtown Syracuse Farmers Market 2025
The Downtown Syracuse Farmers Market, presented by the Downtown Committee of Syracuse Inc. and Community Bank, is set to kick off its 53rd season with much excitement and anticipation on June 10th in Clinton Square. A delightful array of vendors will eagerly await visitors on Opening Day, offering an abundance of fresh produce, artisanal goods and delectable treats. Enhancing the lively atmosphere, patrons will be treated to live music during lunchtime, courtesy of talented local Elvis impersonator, Tom Gilbo.
“Community Bank is proud to sponsor the Downtown Farmers Market, a beloved summer tradition that brings people together while supporting our local farmers,” said Lindsay Weichert, Regional President of Community Bank N.A. “We're thrilled to join the downtown community with our new Hanover Square branch, and we're proud to be a good neighbor by helping provide everyone with access to fresh, locally grown food. The market not only highlights the best of our region’s agriculture but also strengthens community connections—something we deeply value. We look forward to joining in celebrating this vibrant event all season long.”
Every Tuesday through October 14th, rain or shine, the Downtown Farmers Market is the place to shop fresh and shop local, and find the freshest fruits, vegetables, meats, cheeses, plants, and more specialty items, all from local farmers and vendors.
As the Summer transitions through to Fall, new, seasonable, products will be available weekly. Live music will continue (weather permitting) each Tuesday from 11:30 am – 1:30 pm as part of the “Lunchtime Live! Music Series,” made possible by the Tier Three Project Support program, a regrant program of the County of Onondaga with the support of the County Executive and administered by CNY Arts, and Tomorrow’s Neighborhoods Today.
The Market receives additional support from the Onondaga County Agriculture Council and Excellus.
