Unboxed: The Utility Art Box Program

Our Mission         

The Downtown Syracuse Foundation serves as a vehicle for philanthropic iniatives for the Downtown Committee of Syracuse to fulfill its mission of enhancing downtown by strengthening the economic foundation, increasing its appeal and ensuring it remains clean, safe, accessible. The Downtown Syracuse Foundation's charitable purpose is to conduct research, identify best policies and practices, secure resources, and implement programs and projects to support the revitalization of Downtown Syracuse.

Dog-Friendly Downtown

The Downtown Syracuse Foundation has installed three pick-up bag dispensers throughout the district to help keep our streets, parks and walking paths clean. For more information click HERE!
